ICP is an organisation with the goal to bring together independant cultural workshop projects all over Europe with an emphasis in dance, painting and music. 

Ballet and dance workshops are mainly offered, catering especially to the needs of prospective dancers.

Often these projects take place outside of the main cities in smaller towns and villages all over Europe where it is often difficult for people to have access to cultural offers of this kind.

The participating dancers have a great chance to be taught by highly qualified instructors, especially during the long summer breaks.

A strong emphasis is put on the instruction of children and youth, who would otherwise not have the possibility to try out various art forms under the supervision of qualified teachers.


The goal of ICPis
  • To conduct high quality dance workshop projects with international teachers for advanced students as well as for local children, youth and adults.
    Due to financial constraints, the participation for many would not be possible without scholarships.

  • An international network allows for synergies to meet up with these particular requirements.

  • This network also enables the participating teachers to pass on their abilities to students in different countries and instruct them in various methods of dance training in the areas of classical and modern dance.

  • ICP offers a mutual promotional platform serving all connected worhshop projects.

  • In addition it is a communicational platform for the organizers of the festivals.

  • A particular emphasis is put on the individuality of each festival, which should stress the respective country´s tradition and the proper use of the local infrastructure.
  • It is the arts that carry the idea of a unified Europe in the best way through its variety and the cultural influences.

  • All cultural projects offered by ICP are supported by the respective local and national institutions.

In 2007 workshops were organized in Salzburg, Greece and Bad Reichenhall

For 2008 the following workshops are in preparation:

  • Workshop-Intense Weekend Bad Reichenhall 24.-26. July
    for ballet/dance students with star choreographer Roberto de Assis

  • Dance-Art-Greece 06.-15. July
    Cultural festival on the peninsula of Pelion, workshop festival for modern dance as a summer trainings center for Greek ballet students and teachers as well as international students. In addition a summer workshop program for children and youth with a public performance on the plaza of Argalasti. Painting workshop in cooperation with the university Volos in the monastery of Agios Nikolaos.

  • Summer dance festival Speyer 20.-28. June
    A child and youth dance workshop festival in cooperation with the town of Speyer including continued education for adults and teachers with a final public performance.

    Summer training week for children, youth and adults with Roberto des Assis, Frantisek Kostolnik, Sabine Berauer,…

  • INTENSIVE WORKSHOP WEEKEND Bad Reichenhall 25.-27. July
    with Roberto de Assis, Paco Espada, Sabine Berauer,…..in ballet, Jazz, Modern Contemporary, Flamenco

  • AFORM-BALLET FESTIVAL RUMANIA
    Ballet festival Rumania with international teachers and a final performance
  • Italy
    in  UDINE, in cooperation with the cultural department of the city of UDINE.
    Cultural festival on a countryside estate outside of Udine with dance and choreography workshops for prospective dancers and professionals as well as painting workshops. The final performance will be with the support of the Bad Reichenhaller philharmonic.
